The Prison Empty The Prison

A dank, stuffy area of Army City. Many of the city's worst criminals are housed here, telling tales of thievery, murders, and ra- oops, not allowed here. The police desperatley try to hold onto this area of the city, but it is often subjagated to riots and escapes, due to the governor spending his money elsewhere.
